Forest Lake Baptist is a simple church that follows the Simple Church method. Our mission is To Love God and Love People to Jesus. The Simple Church method uses four key areas in order to help others grow in their relationship with God through His son Jesus. By only using four key areas, we can carry out our mission more effectively.Those key areas are Worship, Word, Work, and Witness.
WORSHIP: The entry point for people into the church is worship. It is there we introduce them to God’s love.
WORD: The next level for growth is involvement in a small group Bible study where they experience fellowship.
WORK: The next level for growth is service, and it is by using what God has given you to benefit others in practical ways.
WITNESS: The next level for growth is sharing Christ with those who don’t know him. It is about helping someone else come to know Jesus.
When a person completes their journey through the Circle of Love, they begin a new journey leading others through their journey. They will in-turn lead someone else on their journey, etc.
